Keli Wang is qualified Chartered Accountant, CPA and FTI (Fellow of The Tax Institute) with 15 years of expertise in superannuation, company, trust, personal tax, accounting issues and client management as well as RG146 compliance.
She has extensive experience delivering tax solutions with a commercial focus on large and small business and high net worth group across a broad spectrum of industries including agriculture, medicine, retails, wholesales and real estate. Her fluent Mandarin enables her to offer precise and efficient advice and services to Chinese clients.
She provides long-term services to Chinese entrepreneurs and high net worth migrants with taxation and business consultation prior to, during and post migration. By aligning tax compliance with clients’ specific circumstances, clients are provided with one-stop solutions that meet business and personal needs. Since the commencement of CRS, she has successfully advised tens of 188C and 132 subclass families.
Since 2016, Keli has started to provide CRS consultation services. In the areas of CRS implementation in China, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong, she has comprehensive knowledge and in-depth original understanding. She has been successful in providing advice and assisting clients’ business restructuring so as to minimise the impact from CRS and even turning it to their advantage.

Marco has over 30 years’ experience in the provision of corporate advice and consulting service to public and private sector clients in Australia, the USA and Asia.
Marco has held a number of senior management positions in the telecommunications and software sectors with Damovo-Ericsson – NASDAQ:ERIC (Australia), SpeedCast – ASX:SDA (Hong Kong), Benchmark Factory – NASDAQ:DELL (USA) and Deloitte Consulting (Australia & Hong Kong) specialising in Mergers & Acquisitions and Funds Management across the Asia region.
Marco specialises in Corporate Advisory (Strategic Transactions and Capital Markets), Market Insights, Venture Capital and Specialist Funds services.
Marco has led and supported, both as principal and as principal advisor, a range of mergers and acquisitions transactions (both buy-side and sell-side), capital raisings, corporate restructurings and provision of corporate advice to private and publicly listed companies.
During his corporate career, Marco has either, led or supported successful stock market listings on the AIM (London), KLSE (Kuala Lumpur) and the ASX (Australia). Up until recently, Marco was the Executive Director/Company Secretary of Kazakhstan Potash Corporation Limited ASX:KPC. In this role Marco has overseen audit, corporate governance, compliance (ASX/ASIC relations) and led all transactions.

David has more than 16 years of experience in global investment, fund setup, and tax structuring. He is an expert on double tax treaty, crypto related tax compliance , Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) and CRS. Before starting his own firm, he has worked at as CEO and CIO for two large HK asset managers where he launched various mutual funds and private funds in Europe, USA and HK. He had also worked on investment roles at two largest global asset management companies in USA.
